Returns and Refunds Policy

Until an order has shipped from https://pkcvr4ufoundation.com, a User may cancel it in its entirety or in part.

The User will be able to monitor the delivery status of the Products after placing an order on

the Platform and receiving a unique tracking identification number from https://pkcvr4ufoundation.com/ once the Product(s) have been transferred to its Logistic Partner.

The User may cancel an order at any time prior to the dispatch of the ordered Products by sending an email to Pkcvr44@gmail.com and providing the unique tracking identification number acquired.

Orders may not be cancelled after shipment has been made.

You have 6 days from the time you get your cargo to let us know if you are displeased with your purchase.

Manufacturer guarantees are entirely the responsibility of the manufacturer who should be contacted by the client.

1. Goods once sold are returnable within 7 days.

2. Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via same source within 5 to 7 working days after intimation by the customer.

3. All refunds will only be made to the same account or card from which payments were made initially.

4. We do not pay any interest on refunds.

5. We and our payment service provider do not assume any liability for any type of damage, monetary or otherwise that a customer may suffer due to any delay,interruption, corruption or failure of information transmission during payment.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 15 days of approval and validation of refund request.
